You can even have a severe physical disability so long as you have some type of freedom and a friend to help lift a heavy box for you. If you’re imaginative and intelligent perhaps you’ll be able to even find a way around that limitation.
The beekeeping season begins then and with the onset of springtime and the flowering of trees plants of all types.

Learn all it is possible to about honey bees and beekeeping. See the local library and check out what they have on beekeeping on hand. The Internet is a gold mine of information for beginners to advanced beekeepers. A popular beekeeping magazine specially composed for the hobbyist beekeeper is Bee Culture. You can locate Bee Culture online by doing a search. Some of their articles are available inside their entirety online and others are only accessible by subscribing to the magazine. Although Bumble Bees are not far inferior pollinators they’re too few in numbers to satisfy our needs, that’s the pollination of one third of what we eat, vegetables, fruits and nuts like almonds.

Beekeepers are a resourceful and independent bunch, each with their own way of doing things.
